1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal gaming account registered by the User on the dtg128 platform, containing the User's balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• Balance: The total amount of funds available in a User's Account for wagering, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus: Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by dtg128 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a User's external payment source (bank account, e-wallet, or other approved method) into their dtg128 Account balance.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid Indonesian identification documents (KTP), proof of address, and other documentation to verify identity, age, and residency.
• Services: All products and features offered by dtg128, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, lottery games including togel (Indonesian numbers lottery), and any other gaming or entertainment services provided through the platform.
• Wager: A bet or stake placed by a User on any game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the dtg128 platform.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a User's dtg128 Account balance to their registered external payment account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use dtg128 services, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. dtg128 strictly enforces this age requirement and will verify your age through KYC documentation. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP). We reserve the right to restrict service to specific provinces or regions if required by applicable regulations.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where our services are restricted.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion database.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with dtg128, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number as they appear on your official identification documents.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP and any additional documentation we may reasonably request within 72 hours of account registration.
• Create a strong password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Register only ONE account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all accounts and void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dtg128 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. All Users must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal, though we may request verification at any time. The KYC process includes:

• Submission of a clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full name, date of birth, address, and photograph.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last 3 months, if your KTP address differs from your current residence.
• Bank account verification demonstrating that the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in your name.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if discrepancies are detected.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
• Deposits typically reflect in your dtg128 Account balance instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name matching your dtg128 account name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• dtg128 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your dtg128 account. We will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during business hours for verified accounts. Off-peak hours may experience slightly longer processing times (up to 2 hours).
• You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds. Bonuses and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the bonus terms.
• dtg128 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review if irregular betting patterns or potential Terms violations are detected. Such reviews typically complete within 24-48 hours.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on dtg128 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your account balance, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Rupiah. We do not offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

dtg128 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Users with verified accounts in good standing. Users with multiple accounts, suspended accounts, or users found to be abusing bonuses are ineligible.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "turnover requirements" or "playthrough requirements") that must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute only 10%-20%. Sports betting typically contributes 100% but only bets with odds above a certain threshold (e.g., 1.50 or higher) qualify. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each bonus's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus: While playing with bonus funds, you may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50,000 per spin/hand/bet until the wagering requirement is completed. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only have one active bonus at a time. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before activating another.
• Bonus Abuse: dtg128 reserves the right to void bonuses, close accounts, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opposite betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, coordination with other players, use of automated betting systems, or any other activity that defeats the intended purpose of the bonus.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. dtg128 is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market but typically start at Rp 200 for slots and Rp 1,000 for sports betting.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per game, per event, and per account. These limits are displayed in each game's information panel and may vary for VIP accounts.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts (e.g., odds displayed as 1000.00 due to technical error when the correct odds were 1.50), dtg128 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. We will notify affected users promptly.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the governing body of that sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball).
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. One losing selection voids the entire accumulator.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under bets are settled based on full-time results including stoppage time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless explicitly stated.
• Live betting (in-play betting) odds update in real-time. Bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) but before odds update may be voided.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or use of dtg128 services for any illegal purpose.

6. Responsible Gaming & Account Controls

dtg128 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods. When reached, you will be prevented from placing further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play time. You will receive reminders and automatic logout warnings when approaching your limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your dtg128 account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, place bets, or receive marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net win/loss to help you track your gaming activity.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The User has multiple accounts in violation of our one-account-per-person policy.
• The User is under 21 years of age.
• The User is engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited activities.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure for Terms violations, dtg128 reserves the right to void outstanding bets, confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, and retain remaining balance if the account was used for illegal purposes. For voluntary account closures by Users in good standing, remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method after any applicable wagering requirements are met.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dtg128 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of dtg128 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• dtg128 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of dtg128 services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account over the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which dtg128 is licensed and operated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of dtg128 services shall be resolved through the following process:

• Formal Complaint: If customer support cannot resolve your issue, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
• Third-Party Mediation: If internal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution service agreed upon by both parties.
• Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved through the above steps shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

dtg128 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email and on-site notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of dtg128 services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not agree with updated Terms must cease using our services and close their accounts.
